Casey O’Gorman took victory in the final Honda UK British Talent Cup race at Snetterton after a photo finish with Eddie O’Shea and Harvey Claridge third.
It was Claridge who made the best of starts after the opening laps with Franco Bourne second and Eddie O’Shea just behind in third. The trio quickly began to pull a gap on the chasing pack and continued to battle for the lead.
By half race distance O’Shea led the way, but O’Gorman and Claridge sat just behind and began to hunt him down. The battle for the lead quickly became a five way battle, with Bourne and Farrer joining the party with two laps to go.
On the final lap the battle became even hotter at the front, but a crash at the final corner saw the red flag come out, giving Casey O’Gorman the victory after a photo finish over Eddie O’Shea and Harvey Claridge.
