Kent take stunning first Superstock 1000 pole at Donington Park

08 August 2020

Former World Moto3 Champion Danny Kent has taken his first pole position of the 2020 Pirelli National Superstock 1000 season at Donington Park in impressive fashion, 0.149 ahead of Tom Neave and Chrissy Rouse.

In a fast-paced session where five different riders led the way during the 20 minute session, it would ultimately be Morrello Racing’s Kent who took the pole position, ahead of Honda Racing’s Tom Neave with Chrissy Rouse in third.

Reining Champion Richard Cooper will start from seventh on the grid with title challenger Billy McConnell in 12th as the top 21 is covered by under one second.
