Charlie Farrer will line up for Saturday afternoon’s Honda British Talent Cup race from pole position after taking it from Casey O’Gorman in the final minutes, with Harvey Claridge lining up third.
It would be O’Gorman who made all the early progress posting a string of fast laps to put him ahead of the field with 15 minutes to go, but Farrer and Claridge were right on his tails. The trio continued to improve in time, swapping places until the flag, and it would be Farrer who stole top spot in the final few minutes by 0.237, with O’Gorman second and Harvey Claridge third.
