Sidecar duo Crawford/Hardie took the Molson British Sidecar victory by just 0.168 after a frantic battle on the final lap, with Philp/Bryant second and Holland/Christie third.
Crawford/Hardie made the best of starts and grabbed the holeshot, holding the lead after the opening lap. The duo began to pull a gap a small but manageable gap, but with three laps to go the chasing team of Philp/Bryant began to catch the leaders, and on the final lap they made their move, but Crawford/Hardie fought hard to stay in front to take victory.
