Luke Stapleford was back on top this afternoon as he topped the free practice timesheets ahead of Oli Bayliss.
After this morning’s damp session, the track had dried out by the time the Supersport machines headed out for FP2 this afternoon – and the lap times tumbled.
Points leader Stapleford clocked a 1min 38.810sec lap aboard the Scars-Racing Ducati, around 10 seconds quicker than his best lap this morning while Bayliss found around 12 seconds this afternoon to end the day p2 and 0.353s adrift of Stapleford.
Jack Kennedy was once again third with Oliver Barr fourth and his Binch Pro Ducati team-mate Carter Brown fifth.
