Redding ready for the final fight of 2026 at Brands Hatch

Scott Redding heads into the ZYN British Superbike Championship season finale this weekend ready to take the title fight down to the wire in the final three races of 2026 with the Hager PBM Racing Team.

Redding arrives at the season finale 53 points adrift of Kyle Ryde at the top of the standings, having cut the advantage after claiming the victory in race three at Donington Park as Ryde was forced to retire. The lead in the standings was cut from 78 ahead of race three, to 53 ahead of the final three title-deciding races at Brands Hatch this weekend, where a maximum of 105 points are available.

Redding said: “Going into Brands Hatch, it is a track that I go well at and enjoy, obviously at Donington Park in the final race we got the win and Kyle had a DNF, so we have been able to close the championship gap before the last round.

“He still has the advantage but I feel there is still hope, especially because we have three races, with more points, and conditions can change.

“We had great crowds at Donington Park and I hope we have the same at Brands Hatch this weekend, there will be great racing and for sure we will be putting on a great show.”
