Ryan Frost kept his cool to take victory in the third Moto4 British Cup race of the weekend, after a race-long scrap with Race One winner, Jack Burrows.
In a race where only half the riders finished, it proved to be a battle between the two previous race winners, which went all the way to the flag.
Polesitter Jack Dunabie launched into the lead off the start but Burrows and Frost soon closed in – and when Dunabie became one of the 10 crashers in the 12-lap scrap, it became a two-man race to the finish.
The pair swapped places several times over the course of the race but Frost – who won Race Two yesterday – hit the front at the start of the final lap and was able to hold off his rival to take his second consecutive win, as Burrows took second.
George Bowes led a three-bike scrap for the final podium spot, finishing third, with Aeziah Divine fourth and Joshua Williams fifth.
