Luke Stapleford set the pace in the opening Supersport practice session as he led Oliver Barr by more than half a second.
The Scars-Racing Ducati rider clocked a 1min 36.674sec lap to go top of the timesheets, 0.568secs clear of Bar’s Binch Pro Ducati.
Lee Johnston was third quickest, with Harry Truelove fourth and Dean Harrison fifth.
In the Cup class, it was Adam Hartgrove who set the pace, with Cam Swain second quickest and James Alderson third.
