Ben Currie took FP2 bragging rights at Donington Park this afternoon – but was unable to match the quick lap set by Luke Stapleford in this morning’s session.

However, Stapleford’s morning time of 1min 30.799s was enough to keep him on top leading into Saturday, just 0.028secs clear of Currie.

Honda Racing UK’s Jack Kennedy ended the day third fastest, with Oliver Barr fourth and Dean Harrison fifth.

Cam Swain remained the man to beat in the Cup, ending the day p12 overall, with Adam Hartgrove second in class and Jamie Richmond third.
