Ben Luxton is set to make his ZYN British Superbike Championship debut at Snetterton this weekend (July 3/45) when the Whitecliffe CDH Racing Honda Superstock contender steps up to replace his teammate Luke Hedger who is recovering from his Knockhill crash.
Luxton joined the team this season in the Pirelli National Superstock Championship, with a best result of a top ten finish at Oulton Park. The former Superstock 600 Champion has also previously competed in the Quattro Group British Supersport Championship, where he fought for top five finishes.
Luxton said: “Firstly, I want to wish Luke a speedy recovery and hope to see him back where he belongs as soon as possible. I’m incredibly grateful for the opportunity to make my British Superbike debut with Whitecliffe CDH Racing Honda at Snetterton.
“I know a big challenge ahead, but I’m ready to learn, give everything I have, and make the most of this opportunity. A huge thank you to Dean White, the team, and all of our sponsors for believing in me and making this possible.”
