David Allingham was back to his winning ways in the second Superstock race of the weekend as he beat Luke Mossey by half a second.
After missing out on yesterday’s win to Scott Swann, the SMS/Nicholl Oils BMW rider was determined to make amends today as he lined up second on the grid.
Swann took the lead as the lights changed as Allingham held second and on Lap Two, he made a move and hit the front. Mossey passed Swann a lap later and the front two quickly gapped the rest.
Although Mossey stayed with Allingham all race long, he was never in any real position to mount a serious challenge and eventually had to settle for second, 0.520secs behind Allingham.
Swann took a lonely third place five seconds behind, as Lewis Rollo was fourth and Josh Owens fifth.
