Storm Stacey topped the ZYN British Superbike Championship Free Practice times in the second session as the Bathams AJN Racing Ducati rider held a 0.188s advantage over Ryan Vickers and Danny Kent in the wet conditions.
Stacey had been the pacesetter in the second session, although the time was 0.588s adrift of Josh Brookes’ time in the opening practice this morning.
Ilya Mikhalchik had another strong session in fourth place for the ROKiT BMW Motorrad British Superbike Race team ahead of home favourite Rory Skinner and Charlie Nesbitt, who surged up the order to sixth.
Bradley Ray was seventh fastest, edging out Jason O'Halloran and Christian Iddon with rookie Joe Talbot completing the top ten.
