Hager PBM Racing Team’s Scott Redding is aiming to build on his winning momentum in the ZYN British Superbike Championship after Brands Hatch as the title chase reaches Oulton Park this weekend (July 31 – August 1/2).
Redding was victorious in the final race of the weekend at Brands Hatch and with 19 points separating him from defending champion Kyle Ryde at the top of the standings, the 2019 champion is focused on the fight ahead as he aims to carry their strong momentum into the three races.
Redding said: “I am looking forward to Oulton Park, earlier in the year it was the first race of the season and I feel that I was not able to extract the maximum amount of the bike, then after having a six month break it was not the easiest track to come back to, even though I always enjoy it.
“I feel that as a team we made some steps at Brands Hatch with the bike, so I hope this will carry on and at Oulton Park and we can keep fighting for those wins.”
