David Allingham started as he hopes to go on this weekend as he beat championship rival Luke Mossey to P1 in this morning’s first free practice session.
The points leader clocked a 1min 26.521s lap to go 0.294secs clear of Mossey, who currently sits 18 points behind him in the standings.
Tom Ward, back for his local round just a couple of weeks after getting married, was third quickest, with Matt Truelove fourth as Billy McConnell rounded out the top five.
