Ryan Frost continued his momentum in the R&G Moto4 British Cup at Silverstone, setting the pace in the opening Free Practice session this morning at the British round of the MotoGP World Championship.
Luke Fitchett had set the early pace in the session onboard the Kovara Projects/RS Racing machine before Jack Dunabie moved ahead with just under 15 minutes remaining of the session.
Frost then surged ahead for the Fibre Tec Honda-By MLav Racing team, holding the advantage over closest championship rival Dunabie for the Kovara Projects/RS Racing team.
It was a tough start to the weekend for Olly O’Gorman who crashed out after the opening laps of the session.
