Cadwell Park is the stage for the final round of the ZYN British Superbike Championship Main Season over the Bank Holiday weekend (August 29/30/31), before the points ramp up and the Showdown awaits at the TT Circuit Assen in September (18/19/20).
Kyle Ryde heads the title chase to Lincolnshire for Nitrous Coin Nitrous Competitions Racing, with Scott Redding and Bradley Ray remaining his closest rivals ahead of the next three races in the battle to be crowned champion.
However, after Thruxton confidence is high in the Honda Racing UK team after Ryan Vickers’ spectacular double victory in Hampshire and they will want to carry the momentum into their home round, after podium success there last season.
Leon Haslam remains the rider with the most BSB race wins in Lincolnshire with nine to his name and he will want to fight back to close the gap to Ryde, Redding and Ray ahead of him in the standings.
Rory Skinner celebrated his first podium of the season at Thruxton with the Cheshire Mouldings Yamaha team, but Josh Brookes, Glenn Irwin and Jason O'Halloran are riders who have all been victorious at Cadwell Park in the past and will be seeking a boost to their standings
