Barry Burrell continued to lead the way in this morning’s F 900 R Cup qualifying session as he stormed to the top of the timesheets to secure the Heat One pole ahead of this afternoon’s races.
The defending champion, who led all day yesterday, was 0.643secs quicker than Josh Corner, who will head the grid for Heat Two.
Kieran Smith, third quickest, will line up alongside Burrell on the front row as Dale Thomas who was fifth, will start from P3.
In Heat Two, Christian Smith will start from second on the grid with Nikki Coates rounding out the front row.
