Ryan Frost remained the man to beat at the end of today’s two practice sessions after topping both timesheets.
But it was his 1min 22.158sec lap set in the first session which proved to be the best of the day, as he finished Friday ahead of Jack Burrows.
Jack Dunabie remained third on combined times ahead of Marco Holt, as Harrison Day ended the day fifth quickest.
