MPR Racing has announced that Chloe Jones will line-up for the team in the 1pMobile Junior Sportbike National Championship at Thruxton, riding the team’s Yamaha R7 for a wildcard appearance alongside her FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship campaign.
Jones currently lies sixth in the FIM Women’s Circuit Racing World Championship with the Monster Energy Crescent Yamaha team, where she has celebrated podium success with one round remaining in 2026.
Jones said: "I’m really excited to be getting back out racing at Thruxton with MPR Racing. Having a three-month break between my WorldWCR rounds, it’s a great opportunity to get back on the bike, get some valuable track time and, most importantly, have some fun!
“I’m really grateful to my Monster Energy Crescent Yamaha team for allowing me to take part and get some extra racing in during the break. A huge thank you also to MPR Racing for giving me the opportunity to join the team for Thruxton. I’m looking forward to working with everyone, getting some good laps under my belt and seeing everyone at BSB again!"
MPR Racing Team Manager David Howard commented: “Chloe is an outstanding talent and a brilliant addition to our Thruxton line up. She’s been riding exceptionally well with Monster Energy Crescent Yamaha this year, and her experience on the R7 is second to none.
“We’re excited to welcome her into the 1P Mobile Junior Sportbike class and look forward to seeing what she can deliver in MPR colours. MPR are also extremely grateful to the Monster Energy Crescent Yamaha team for allowing Chloe to join us at Thruxton.”
