Pirelli National Superstock Championship: Allingham claims win number seven as poleman Swann crashes

01 August 2026

David Allingham banked another Superstock win this afternoon as he beat Luke Mossey to extend his championship lead.

The SMS/Nicholl Oils rider flew off the start line from second on the grid and straight into the lead, closely followed by Luke Mossey, as polesitter Scott Swann was slow off the line.

Swann settled into third for a handful of laps before passing Mossey on Lap Five to move up to second and soon after, found a way past leader Allingham to hit the front.

But it wasn’t to last, as Allingham was determined to get back ahead and made the move up the inside at Lodge at the end of Lap Six, forcing Swann wide. Swann crashed out, his race over allowing Allingham and Mossey to move back into first and second position.

Two laps later the race was stopped early due to a problem further down the field, Allingham taking his seventh win from eight races with Mossey second, Josh Owens third, Declan Connell fourth and Eemeli Lahti fifth.
