Points leader Marley Mackenzie kept his rivals at bay in this morning’s qualifying session as he beat Luca Wilkison to pole.
Mackenzie topped the timesheets with a 1min 45.938sec lap, an incredible 1.401secs clear of Wilkinson who ended the session second.
Ryan van Nieuwkerk will round out the front row in this afternoon’s race with Ben Jolliffe starting fourth and Laken Payne fifth.
