Legendary DJ Carl Cox expands his presence in BSB in 2026

Legendary DJ Carl Cox has expanded his presence in the ZYN British Superbike Championship paddock, with Carl Cox Motorsport joining forces with the all-new ROKiT BMW Motorrad British Superbike Race team this season.

The ROKiT BMW Motorrad British Superbike Race team was unveiled at Oulton Park yesterday, with reigning Pirelli National Superstock Champion Ilya Mikhalchik making the step up to the Superbike class, with the team supported by Carl Cox Motorsport.

Carl Cox Motorsport has also announced a new partnership with double BSB champion Josh Brookes, in addition to title partner of Simon Reid’s Pirelli National Superstock Championship campaign onboard the Carl Cox BMW By MLav Racing this season.

Cox, who is currently on a sold-out 12-date tour with The Prodigy, said: “I've been a massive fan of bike racing since going to watch at Brands Hatch as a youngster and I'd love to get to more BSB rounds...  but the gigs keep coming! It's great to be able to get behind teams and riders to help them get even more visibility.

“BSB is a massive series that's attracted riders from all over the world, from established names like Josh Brookes to their first Ukrainian rider Ilya Mikhalchik who we are helping with the ROKiT BMW Motorrad British Superbike Race team. And continuing the BMW theme we're also excited to get behind Simon Reid in Superstock with the MLav set-up.
