Josh Corner finally celebrated his first class win as he beat Scott Carson by more than 1.5secs in today’s Main Event.
After winning this morning’s Sprint race, the Chasin the Racin rider took the lead on the fourth lap with a move on Barry Burrell and quickly built himself a lead which he was able to manage to the flag.
Carson, still riding high from his Heat win yesterday, was second with Jordan McCord third making it a totally new line up on the podium.
Burrell managed to salvage fourth with James Bull fifth. Nikki Coates who had led the points ahead of this weekend, crashed hard in this morning’s sprint but was able to get back out and crossed the line 10th.
Burrell now leads the points by 15 over Coates, who is now just 1.5points ahead of Corner.
