Scott Carson made up for his off during today’s opening F 900 R Cup Heat by storming to victory in the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ) race this evening.
Despite starting from the back of the grid, the Team Cryosol rider stormed through the pack and was leading the race by the start of Lap Two.
He quickly stretched a lead which grew to 19.031secs at the chequered flag as all the action happened behind him in the battle for the podium.
On the final lap, James Seath went from second to eighth as several riders battled and crossed the line almost together. Alex Vella emerged best of the rest to take second, with Jordan Ashington third.
Jim Lee, who started from pole, took fourth with Harry Gower fifth.
