Luke Mossey stormed to the top of the FP1 timesheets this morning, the Milenco by Padgetts Motorcycles rider clocking a 1min 26.542sec lap.
It was enough to keep himself 0.395secs clear of championship favourite Ilya Mikhalchik, who ended the session in second place.
Mikhalchik’s main title rival David Allingham was third fastest, with Matt Truelove fourth and Tom Oliver fifth.
