Jack Kennedy was back at the top of the timesheets in today’s second Quattro Group British Supersport session, clocking the best lap time of the session with a 1min 36.656s.
The reigning champ was able to keep his Honda Racing UK machine just ahead of the Performance 15 Suzuki of Rhys Irwin by 0.243secs.
Third quickest was Eugene McManus, with this morning’s fastest runner Luke Stapleford fourth and Ben Currie fifth.
In the Cup class, it was Lewis Jones who took Day One bragging rights, with Tom Tunstall second and Ben Tolliday third.
