Jack Kennedy beat polesitter Rhys Irwin to the Supersport Sprint race win this afternoon.
After taking pole, Performance 15 rider Irwin was fast off the line to hit the front as Kennedy slotted in behind with Oli Bayliss moving up to third.
But Kennedy had his eye on the prize and although Irwin was able to hold the lead for a handful of laps, he was unable to stop Kennedy eventually finding a way through.
He kept close throughout but wasn’t able to find his way back ahead, and eventually had to settle for second, 0.372secs behind winner Kennedy.
Luke Stapleford was third, with Bayliss fourth in his British debut as Lee Johnstone rounded out the top five.
