Luke Mossey took a lights to flag win in the opening Superstock race of the Knockhill weekend as he beat polesitter Tom Ward by 1.334s
As the lights turned green, Mossey’s Milenco by Padgetts Motorcycles Honda was fastest off the line and hit the front, as points leader Ilya Mikhalchik settled into second ahead of Ward, who had made a bad start.
Mossey was never challenged as he grabbed a comfortable lead of more than a second, as Ward slowly reeled in Mikhalchik, making a move on Lap 11 to go second.
From there, the top three remained the same all the way to the flag, with David Allingham finishing fourth and Declan Connell fifth.
