James Cook will head the grid for tomorrow’s Superteen race after beating Calum Beach to the top spot by 0.451secs.
Cook saved his best until last as he set a time of 1min 36.373secs on his last lap, while Beach was able to hold off Marley Mackenzie by 0.100s, the pair set to line up second and third respectively on the grid.
Points leader Henry Snell, fastest this morning, could only manage the fourth best time to head Row Two and he will start alongside Craig Dance in fifth.
