Reigning Bennetts British Superbike champion Kyle Ryde celebrated a Main Event victory in the ROKiT OFF BMW F 900 R Cup at Donington Park, starring as a wildcard to finish ahead of his Superbike rival Storm Stacey.
Ryde had taken the lead of the pack and built an advantage, but Stacey first took on Nikki Coates and then Barry Burrell to take second place. Burrell completed the podium, whilst title rival Coates finished a strong fourth despite having to complete a double long lap penalty for a jump-start.
Coates nudged Kieran Smith back into fifth place on the final lap ahead of Kalvin Kelly.
