Bennetts British Superbike Championship leader Bradley Ray will be bidding to maintain his edge in the standings over his closest rivals as the title battle reaches Cadwell Park this August Bank Holiday weekend (23/24/25).
The Raceways Yamaha rider delivered an incredible run of victories at the start of the season, with the last coming in the opening race at Brands Hatch. Now the 2022 champion is eager to return to winning ways at the circuit where he won and stood on the podium three times during his 2022 title-winning campaign.
Ray said: “I’m really looking forward to getting back to Cadwell Park this weekend. It’s a circuit that I’ve missed a lot since being away in World Superbikes, there really isn’t another place like it! I haven’t been back there since 2022 so it will be nice to be back.
“Thruxton Sunday was really positive for us and we made a good step with the bike that’s going to help us in the coming rounds. The track has been kind to me over the years, I’ve found a good feeling there in the past and as we return, I believe that we have everything at our disposal to be able to fight for wins and extend our gap at the top of the standings.”
