Richard Cooper set the pace as the National Sportbike action fired up at Oulton Park to end the day on top with a best lap of 1min: 41.949secs.
The PHR Performance Triumph rider had topped the timesheets in this morning’s first practice session by more than a second and then cemented his authority in the second by going 1.081secs clear of Ash Barnes who ended the day second.
Third quickest was Aaron Silvester, who was just 0.067s quicker than points leader Edoardo Colombi, as Harrison Dessoy rounded out the top five.
