Kyle Ryde topped the final Bennetts British Superbike Championship warm up session of the season at Brands Hatch, firing the OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing R1 to the top of the times by 0.535s as Glenn Irwin moved second in the final minute.
Ryde starts Decider Day just a single point ahead of defending champion Tommy Bridewell, and the Honda Racing UK rider posted the fourth fastest time as a last lap improvement from Ryan Vickers moved him ahead into third place.
Charlie Nesbitt was fifth fastest for MasterMac Honda, edging ahead of Storm Stacey and Josh Brookes. Andrew Irwin, Danny Kent and Peter Hickman completed the top ten ahead of this afternoon’s race two.
