Luke Stapleford saw off charges from former champions Ben Currie and Jack Kennedy to bank pole ahead of today’s Supersport Sprint race.
The Macadam Triumph Racing rider clocked a 1min 37.132s lap, to see off defending champ Currie by 0.086s.
Jack Kennedy grabbed the final front row spot as Rhys Irwin was back at the sharp end, setting the fourth best time on the Astro-JJR Suzuki, with Brad Perie fifth.
Once again, Jack Nixon set the pace in the GP2 series, ahead of his Kramer Racing team-mate Owen Jenner as Maximus Hardy took third.
And in the Cup class, Cameron Hall led the way, just ahead of the ROKit Rookies duo of Joe Farragher and Mikey Hardie.
