Ben Currie remained on top in the second free practice session of the weekend as he narrowly held off former multiple champion Jack Kennedy.

The Oxford Products Racing Ducati rider banked a best lap of 1min 51.650secs, a mere 0.002secs quicker than Kennedy, as Luke Stapleford ended the session third.

Alastair Seeley remained up with frontrunners in fourth as he Harry Truelove was fifth.

Jack Nixon continued to hold onto the GP2 class lead, closely followed by Kramer Motorcycles team-mate Owen Jenner, with Keo Walker third.

And in the Cup, Cameron Hall had a solid run to lead the class, with Mikey Hardie second and Lynden Leatherland third.
