Yamaha Motor UK are raising the stakes for the all-new Pirelli National Sportbike Championship in 2024 by pledging a brand new R7 as a prize to any rider who can win the new championship outright aboard Yamaha machinery.
If the 2024 Pirelli National Sportbike championship sees a bLU cRU registered R7 rider clinch the overall crown at the end of the season, they will be presented with a brand new Yamaha R7 with GYTR parts worth over £10,000.
This added incentive is an extension to the wide range of support and guidance that Yamaha is already offering to R7 bLU cRU riders in the championship, which includes a bLU cRU care package including Yamaha Paddock Blue clothing, exclusive access to track walks, track guides from BSB riders and coverage on the popular Yamaha Racing UK social media channels.
Registered R7 bLU cRU riders are also committed to a full data-sharing relationship with the official Yamaha Support team, Rev2Race, allowing them to get the most from the time spent on track. Further provision will also be available trackside with a full collection of R7 race-ready spare parts and upgrades available to purchase at a race-discounted price.
There’s also the opportunity to earn a place at the European R7 SuperFinale, where the highest placed R7 rider in the Sportbike Championship as of 1st September 2024, will be invited to compete against the top R7 racers across Europe.
