Luke Stapleford banked pole ahead of this afternoon’s Supersport Sprint race, beating Honda Racing UK’s Jack Kennedy by 0.321secs.
The Macadam Triumph Racing rider’s lap of 1min 28.575secs was enough to seal the deal ahead of multiple champ Kennedy, as his team-mate Dean Harrison qualified third.
Reigning champ Ben Currie will head the second row, with TJ Toms in fifth.
Cameron Hall found his way back to the top of the Cup timesheets in 13th position overall, as Mikey Hardie will start second in class with Ben Tolliday third.
The Kramer Motorcycles duo of Owen Jenner and Jack Nixon will lead the GP2 class, with Lucca Allen starting third.
