Kyle Ryde continued to up the pace in the fourth Bennetts British Superbike Championship session at the R&G Official Test at Donington Park, firing the OMG GRILLA Yamaha Racing R1 back to the top of the times ahead of his teammate Ryan Vickers.
Vickers had moved into second in the closing stages of the session, displacing reigning champion Tommy Bridewell who had been leading the way in the earlier stages for Honda Racing UK.
Andrew Irwin was in close contention of his teammate in fourth ahead of his brother Glenn Irwin who completed the top five for Hager PBM Ducati.
Peter Hickman was the fastest of the FHO Racing BMW Motorrad Team riders in sixth place, whilst Dean Harrison made it all of the Honda Racing UK riders inside the top eight.
Jason O'Halloran was back inside the top eight on the Completely Motorbikes Kawasaki with Alex Olsen on the BSB Pathway specification Cumins by Team IWR Honda and Lee Jackson completing the top ten.
