Evan Belford aims to tie up the championship today after securing pole ahead of this afternoon’s R&G British Talent Cup race.
The champion-elect banked a best lap of 1min 40.035secs to go 0.134secs quicker than Amanuel Brinton who will line up second on the grid with Ronnie Harris third.
Belford’s points rival Sullivan Mounsey will have to fight from the second row as he lines up fourth, with Filip Surowiak rounding out the top five.
