Championship leader Dan Linfoot was back at the top of the timesheets after second free practice at the penultimate round of the year.
Linfoot held off Lewis Rollo with a 1min 29.866sec lap to go 0.117secs clear of the Scot, as Richard Kerr ended the day third.
Fraser Rogers, in his second round since returning to action with the IN Competition/Aprilia squad, was fourth fastest, as Aussie Billy McConnell rounded out the top five.
