Dan Linfoot continued his strong run at Oulton Park as he beat off Lewis Rollo to take pole for the first National Superstock race of the weekend.
The Optimum Bikes Racing Ltd rider set a best lap of 1min 35.742secs to beat rival Rollo by 0.215secs as Richard Kerr was third.
Fourth and heading the second row in race one will be Alastair Seeley, who lines up just ahead of Joe Talbot.
