Jack Kennedy topped the times for Mar-Train Racing Yamaha in a damp Bennetts British Superbike Championship warm up session at Donington Park this morning, putting him at the top of the times by 0.240s ahead of race two this afternoon.
Kennedy edged ahead of Jason O'Halloran on the McAMS Yamaha and the LAMI OMG Racing Yamaha pairing of Ryan Vickers and Kyle Ryde in the closing stages of the session.
Josh Brookes was fifth fastest for the FHO Racing BMW Motorrad Team, 0.074s ahead of championship leader Glenn Irwin on the BeerMonster Ducati. His closest rival and teammate Tommy Bridewell was 14th on the times this morning.
Leon Haslam held seventh place on the ROKiT BMW Motorrad as Storm Stacey, Lee Jackson and Luke Mossey completed the top ten.
