The Bennetts British Superbike Championship reaches Donington Park next for the third round on May 19/20/21 and there remains three different riders in contention for the £10,000 in the Milwaukee Spring Grand Slam if they can be crowned the King of Donington.
Josh Brookes, Tommy Bridewell and Glenn Irwin shared the victories last time out at Oulton Park, but if any of the contenders can reign in the races and complete the hat trick at Donington Park they will win in the Milwaukee Spring Grand Slam.
Meanwhile, in the fight for the Milwaukee Spring Grand Slam trophy, BeerMonster Ducati’s Glenn Irwin leads the standings by two points ahead of Leon Haslam for the ROKiT BMW Motorrad Team with Tommy Bridewell a further five points adrift. Josh Brookes and Kyle Ryde complete the standings top five ahead of the final three races in the six-race contest.
