There have already been five different race winners from the opening nine races in the 2023 Bennetts British Superbike Championship and coming next is the annual trip north of the border to Knockhill in Scotland on June 16/17/18.

Tommy Bridewell leads the standings, opening his winning account for the BeerMonster Ducati team at Oulton Park, added to a further five podium finishes he narrowly heads the standings by just three points.

Glenn Irwin on the second BeerMonster Ducati has two race wins to his credit so far this season and that puts him just two points ahead of FHO Racing BMW Motorrad’s Josh Brookes who also has notched up two race wins.

Leon Haslam holds fourth in the standings, but despite four podium finishes, he has yet to claim a first race win for the ROKiT BMW Motorrad Team – something he will be fighting to change at Knockhill!

Kyle Ryde has celebrated the most victories so far this season with his race three win at Donington Park tallying to three and he is just ten points adrift of Bridewell at the top.

Meanwhile, Jason O'Halloran became the fifth different race winner of the season for McAMS Yamaha last time out and Ryan Vickers celebrated a debut podium, becoming the seventh different rider to feature in the top three so far this year.
