Tom Booth-Amos took control in today’s second free practice, beating this morning’s leader Ben Currie to the top spot by 0.040s.
The Gearlink Kawasaki rider set a best lap of 1min 30.608s to move to the top of the timesheets, as Currie had to make do with second.
Third quickest was Astro-JJR Suzuki’s Rhys Irwin, as Tom Toparis finished fourth, just 0.172s ahead of Dutchman Jaimie van Sikkelerus.
Joe Collier was again unbeatable in GP2, ending the session sixth overall on the Kramer, with Cameron Fraser second in class and Harry Rowlings third.
