Danny Kent maintained his position at the top of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship timesheets on the final day of the R&G Official Test at Silverstone, edging out Josh Brookes in the second session.
Lovell Kent Racing Honda’s Kent moved ahead of Brookes in the closing moments of the session, before a red flag when Josh Owens crashed out unhurt in the final ten minutes.
Jason O'Halloran completed the top three as the times continued to tumble in the afternoon, keeping the McAMS Yamaha team ahead of Christian Iddon on the Oxford Products Racing Ducati and Owens.
Ryan Vickers was sixth on the leading LAMI OMG Racing Yamaha ahead of Charlie Nesbitt and Storm Stacey, who completed the top eight ahead of the final session this afternoon.
Kyle Ryde and Tommy Bridewell completed the top ten times as the Bennetts BSB riders make their final preparations for the opening round of the season here at Silverstone at Easter (April 7/8/9).
