Oliver Barr ended the opening day at Knockhill on top after saving his best until last with a 50.821sec lap.
It was enough to see off a charge from Cameron Dawson by 0.298secs, as FP1 leader Declan Barr had to settle fir the third quickest time. Sam Laffins was fourth at the end of combined practice with Aaron Silvester fifth.
