Richard Cooper took his fourth win of the season as he beat Thomas Strudwick by 0.548 after a close ABK Beer 0% BMW Motorrad F900 R Cup Main Event race.
The pair both took turns leading during the race and it came down to a last lap battle, where Strudwick just got caught up momentarily while they lapped another rider, giving Cooper a clear run to the finish line.
Barry Burrell was third, just ahead of Mason Johnson as polesitter James O’Mara finished fifth. This morning’s LCQ winner Christian Smith made up 20 places to cross the line seventh.
