Former Superstock 600 front-runner Joe Sheldon-Shaw has announced that he will contest the Pirelli National Superstock Championship this year with the Forward Vision Racing Team.
Sheldon-Shaw was a regular points’ scorer in 2022, with top ten finishes during the season before an injury cut short his progress.
Sheldon-Shaw said: “I am excited to announce that I will once again be on the Superstock grid in BSB in 2023, continuing with the ‘dad and lad’ set-up better known as Forward Vision Racing. We started to show top five pace towards the end of 2022 and with the bike benefiting from updated parts and the addition of some new technical partners we will have a stronger and much more competitive package than we have had in previous years.
“I am feeling confident and looking forward to starting the season. I want to take this opportunity to thank every single person that has helped me from the beginning of my career until now – I could not have done any of it without you. I want to thank the new partners that are coming on board and look forward to announcing them in the coming weeks. See you on track for Round 1.”
