Alex Olsen ended the first day at Thruxton at the top of the timesheets as he chases his fifth successive win at the Hampshire track this weekend.
Olsen, who won both of last year’s races along with both in 2021, banked a best lap of 1 min 16.307secs to beat Richard Kerr by 0.148secs.
Lewis Rollo emerged best of the rest to finish third quickest after FP2, just 0.061secs ahead of points leader Dan Linfoot, as Alastair Seeley – who was fastest in the opening session – finished fifth thanks to his morning time.
